Bulk - Recover Mulch

Jeffries Recover Mulch blends recycled timber — clean pallet and packaging timber diverted from landfill — with composted organics and blood & bone. It gives you the protective blanket of a mulch and the nutrient input of a compost in a single application.

Key features

• Rich, dark natural finish that makes foliage colour pop
• Nutrient enriched — supplies nitrogen, phosphorus and calcium as it breaks down
• 50–60% organic matter, certified to AS 4454
• Suppresses weeds and holds moisture through summer

Best used for

Established garden beds and mature trees where digging compost into the soil would damage existing roots. Also a strong choice for revitalising tired beds that have been mulched with plain bark for years.

Landscaper's tip: Recover is heavier than a fine bark mulch (0.55–0.7 tonne per m³), so it stays put well — but don't lay it thicker than 75mm on shallow-rooted plants.
