Yard-grade hand tools, stocked because we use them ourselves. If it can't survive a load of rubble and an Adelaide summer, it doesn't stay on the rack.

Pronged Rake

A rigid steel garden rake for levelling, clearing and preparing ground.

What it's used for

• Levelling soil, sand and rubble
• Preparing a turf underlay
• Clearing stones and debris
• Spreading and grading material

Yard tip: Use the back of the rake head to level and the teeth to break up. Most people only ever use one side of the tool.
