Irrigation - Netafim Techline AS 0.3m 1.6l/h 50m

Netafim Techline AS is the dripline professional irrigators specify. The drippers are pressure compensating, which means every dripper on the run delivers the same 1.6 litres per hour whether it's the first one off the valve or the last one at the end of a long line — and whether the line runs uphill or down.

Specifications

• 1.6L/h pressure-compensating drippers at 0.3m spacing
• 50m coil
• Anti-siphon (AS) — prevents soil and root debris being drawn back into the dripper when the system shuts down
• Root resistant — suitable for subsurface installation

What it's used for

• Subsurface irrigation under lawn and turf
• Garden beds, hedges and mass planting
• Vegie gardens and raised beds
• Anywhere overhead watering wastes water to evaporation or wind

Design tip: Space laterals about 0.3–0.4m apart in sandy soil and up to 0.5m in clay. Sand moves water down; clay moves it sideways — that difference is what sets your lateral spacing.
